# Adamastor > Adamastor is a digital publication for all things startup in Portugal. We publish a weekly digest on the Portuguese startup scene and curate an events calendar for the tech and startup community. ## What we do ### Weekly Startup Digest Original reporting and analysis on the Portuguese startup ecosystem — fundraises, launches, founder profiles, market commentary, and community news. Delivered to subscribers weekly and archived on the site. ### Events Calendar Curated meetups, conferences, workshops, and founder gatherings across Portugal. Searchable by city and category. Each event links out to the original platform (Luma, Eventbrite, Meetup, etc.) for RSVP. ## Editorial team - **Carlos Resende** — Co-founder and main author. Examples: - [All events feed](https://adamastor.blog/events/feed.xml) - [Lisboa events feed](https://adamastor.blog/events/lisboa/feed.xml) - [Design events feed](https://adamastor.blog/events/design/feed.xml) - [Design events in Lisboa feed](https://adamastor.blog/events/lisboa/design/feed.xml) Outbound event links in these feeds are UTM-tagged so destination platforms (Luma, Eventbrite, Meetup) attribute traffic back to Adamastor with the specific feed that drove the click. ## Data freshness The events listing is regenerated hourly. The weekly digest publishes once per week. ## Contact - Email: carlos@adamastor.blog - X / Twitter: [@meetAdamastor](https://x.com/meetAdamastor) - LinkedIn: [Adamastor Magazine](https://www.linkedin.com/company/adamastor-magazine/)
