He is also the Co-Founder and Chief Research Officer at the SHIELD AI Institute for AI Safety. Previously, Dr. Tzezana served as Lead Futurist at SparkBeyond, an AI platform leveraging machine learning for strategic analysis and forecasting. Prior to that, he was a Senior Researcher at the XPRIZE Foundation, designing global competitions to tackle humanity’s grandest challenges.

O Educator Innovation Program é um programa da Unicorn Factory Lisboa, desenvolvido em parceria com a José de Mello e a Sonae, dirigido a professores do 2º ciclo até ao ensino universitário, de instituições públicas e privadas. Durante o ano letivo 2026/27, os educadores terão acesso a formação prática, acompanhamento personalizado e ferramentas para transformar novas abordagens pedagógicas em iniciativas concretas nas suas escolas. O que inclui? 🎓 5 dias de formação online | 26–30 outubro Sessões práticas, das 18h às 20h, sobre empreendedorismo, inovação, Inteligência Artificial, prototipagem e comunicação de ideias. 🤝 Acompanhamento ao longo do ano letivo Apoiar a implementação de projetos e iniciativas na tua escola, adaptada aos teus desafios e contexto, com uma mentoria mensal individual e acesso a uma plataforma de apoio. 💡 Workshops para alunos Os teus alunos terão acesso a workshops de ideação, prototipagem e Inteligência Artificial, levando a aprendizagem diretamente para a sala de aula. 🌐 Acesso à rede de inovação UFL Contacto com uma comunidade de professores e acesso a recursos e ferramentas para continuar a inovar ao longo do ano. Programa de formação 26 OUT | Educação, Empreendedorismo e Inovação Conhece a UFL, os seus programas e o enquadramento do Educator Innovation Program. 27 OUT | Do Problema à Solução Aprende a identificar problemas relevantes e a desenvolver soluções com ferramentas de empreendedorismo. 28 OUT | Produto e Inteligência Artificial Explora ferramentas de IA para criar, testar e inovar. 29 OUT | Da Ideia ao Protótipo Transforma ideias em protótipos através de metodologias práticas de experimentação. 30 OUT | Estruturar e Comunicar uma Solução Aprende a estruturar uma ideia, construir um pitch e comunicar uma solução de forma clara e convincente para um júri, um cliente ou um investidor. E depois da formação? O programa começa em outubro, mas continua durante todo o ano letivo. Na primeira mentoria, vamos identificar os desafios e oportunidades de cada escola e definir um plano de implementação individual. A partir daí, cada professor terá uma mentoria mensal até ao final do ano letivo, com apoio para transformar conhecimento em ação. Quem pode candidatar-se? Professores do 2.º ciclo ao ensino universitário, de instituições públicas ou privadas, interessados em levar mais inovação, empreendedorismo e tecnologia para a sua prática pedagógica.
